We must be conscious of our thoughts and beliefs.
If our belief system affects how we are currently making choices, when beliefs and thoughts do not align up... it could make a person really sad (i.e. depression, anxiety).
And when they do line up...
stand in who you are!!
Be strong and courageous in YOU!
Ensure you live your life for YOU, knowing and believing you KNOW who you are.
If you are unsure, do the work to figure it out. In a loving, non-judgmental way. We can get so tangled up in being someone else for others, we lose sight of ourselves for US!!
Be you! I'm Me, NO ONE else can be ME!! As no one else can be YOU. I am wonderfully and uniquely made, chosen and appointed for my own purpose, as are YOU!!
